This privacy notice explains how ExtensionKings (Cheap Extensions LTD, referred to as "we") collects and uses personal data submitted via this website.

Data we collect

• Contact details from the enquiry form: name, mobile, email, postcode
• Project details: extension type, budget range, desired start, ownership and planning needs
• Technical context: page URL, page title, referrer, UTM parameters, gclid/fbclid where present
• Marketing consent (opt-in)

How we use it

We process this data to respond to your enquiry and, where you have opted in, to send occasional updates. Our lawful basis is consent under UK GDPR.

Storage and sharing

Enquiry details are emailed directly to our team (delivered via our email provider, Resend) and stored securely so we can respond. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent at any time by emailing hello@extensionkings.com.

Retention

Enquiry data is retained for 24 months by default. Active project data is retained for 7 years for warranty and tax purposes.
